I am heading back to my hometown of St. Louis tomorrow for the long weekend. I hope to see some good friends and just have fun with them.

Boom Roasted

I am terribly sorry to all those (mom and pops) who have been looking at my blog for updates only to find the blizzard post time and time again. Central Iowa is not that interesting in the middle of winter; the snow gets old very quickly. I will attempt to update my blog more hopefully with updates of the new house once I close on it two weeks from tomorrow. Above is a clove of roasted garlic from dinner last night. I made some garlic-honey pizza that Alexa and I
first had at the wonderful Fong's Pizza in downtown DSM.
